Jill Fraga, self-proclaimed tree nerd, has been a full-time realtor since 2010 and has managed RECOvt as broker/owner since 2013. Her community-focused passion led her to the board of Bristol Family Center as she believes support for families and children is essential in our communities. Jill's fair, balanced approach (typical Libra!), along with her innate moral compass, has allowed her to be an asset to the Vermont Association of Realtors’ Grievance and Professional Standards Committee for the past 11 years, and informs her commitment and thoughtfulness when guiding her clients and customers. 

Why Real Estate?  Before graduating UVM, Jill dove into her first of many investment properties purchasing an 8 unit building at the age of 21. After that and a stint as an accountant, she combined her real estate knowledge with her analytical skills and decided she wanted to assist others in the pursuit of owning their own home or investment properties.

Living on 40+ acres in the hills of Lincoln, Jill loves where she lives, enjoying the woods in all of Vermont’s seasons with her partner Jason, their daughter Lila, son Graham, rescue pup Ned, two cats, and flock of chickens.  

With experience marketing and selling properties throughout Addison and Chittenden counties, Jill understands the importance that a strategic and thoughtful marketing plan has when selling real estate. Jill works with sellers before listing their property to ensure that marketing efforts and thus equity will be maximized.
