Why Work With Us?

"I have worked with Jill Fraga for the past several years. If you want someone who truly is looking out for the best interest of the buyer/seller and will give you true & honest advice then she is the one for you!"

"In addition to being an exceptionally bright and cheerful person, Jill is a perceptive, energetic and determined agent. She served as our "buyer's agent" during our relocation from Connecticut to Vermont. She very quickly identified our family's wants and requirements, made valuable suggestions, worked tirelessly on our behalf and reliably represented our interests through closing. She was generous with her time and her considerable knowledge of Vermont real estate and related matters. We thoroughly enjoyed working with her and wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Green Mountain State."

"Jill is the fourth agent I've worked with since I bought my first house, and she was the most fun & helpful by far. She performed research on houses that we were interested in and turned up quite a few tidbits of information that really helped us make informed decisions about these properties. She was incredibly patient with us, showing us around 20-30 properties before we found our dream house... and she paid attention to what we said about each and every one. When the house we ended up in came on the market, she made sure and let us know right away and we were able to end up with a place that neither my fiancee or I can believe we got.She also made sure we didn't over-pay for the house (despite my willingness to do so), and really helped with making the entire transaction smooth and even fun.Furthermore, she knows so many providers of various services in the area... we continue to ping her for information about everything from lawn mowing to radon mitigation. She's always happy to help us out, and we're extremely grateful for her service and attention!"
